  Outstanding gluten free products. I absolutely love this website. I order plenty of whole grain brown rice loafs. I slice and I toast until really crispy and it tastes great with fillings such as cripsy bacon for breakfast. What is unique about this bread is it has 100% natural products no chemicals yeast etc like normal bread has, and most importantly it does not spike your sugar levels. I also love their patisserie page, there scones are amazing, I add a some clotted cream and sugar free jam, which creates a luxury healthy cake for very little money . Also same with there hot cross buns. Just add butter and jam. I use to attempt to bake items, but i found the ingrediants and my time was not worth the exchange, so I find ABO great value for money. In fact fancy gluten free cake makers are charge silly money like £5 per item, this is not really a sustainbale way to live, but using ABO you have a base product that you can add to create endless ideas, without stressing out.
  
  I have searched online over the years for gluten free cakes and bread etc but I keep coming back to this website as I find the ingredients and prices unbeatable. Everywhere offering gluten free food services online is generally very expensive, full of sugar, or increase your blood sugar levels. I find a majority of ABO items do not have this problem, and even the items that do contain some sugar, it is usually date syrup which is far healthier than table sugar
  
  it is great to see a company that offers a fair prices for special diets like gluten and yeast free.

  The bread is fantastic, fresh, Gluten free and comes in many styles of different grain. Plus the staff are awesome!
